At Yankee Stadium last night, during the Tiger-Yankee game, Eminem and Jay Z announced plans for a couple joint hometown concerts. The first, on September 2nd, will take place at Comerica Park in Detroit with Jay opening for Eminem. Em will return the favor by opening for Hov on September 13 at Yankee Stadium, the first concert at the new stadium. It's funny to think that only 40 years ago Hip Hop was this:
