Phil Ade is an up and coming rapper from Maryland. He's part of the DMV's 368 Music Group. Last December, he released his mixtape Starting On JV. Dude cuts hard over some unconventional samples. The video for the tapes single, "Hollywood", has been featured throughout the hip hop blogosphere and on BET. A talented up and comer, I'm looking forward to seeing this dude evolve.
